We are delighted to welcome the return of Sebastian Williams as General Manager of The Crossing. Known to many of you, Seb joined us on day one two years ago and recently spent time at The Carpenters Arms broadening his experience.
Seb has settled back in well and is able to help with any enquiries or requests.
We had a wonderful English truffle evening at The Crossing and were delighted to welcome Sasha Dorey – the Truffle Huntress. We will continue to serve Wild mushroom dishes throughout the Autumn as well as fish and venison from Dorset, and lamb from Denbighshire. Keep and eye on the daily changing menu.

From Sunday 22nd October there will be a new extended roast menu.
Initially 3 choices of roast available, this will vary from week to week with beef, chicken, slow lamb and pork. We will also introduce a vegetable/mushroom wellington on Sunday 29th November.
