MEET OUR NEW HEAD CHEF: RICCARDO RIZZO
Riccardo Rizzo has joined The Crossing team, bringing some Italian flair to our modern British pub dining menus. His passion for cooking originated with his family in Rome, where his mother inspired him to follow a culinary career.
After working in various roles in Umbria, he moved to London to assist with the launch of the stylish Chucs restaurant in Mayfair, and then moved to one Michelin-starred Chez Bruce in Wandsworth, working alongside Bruce Poole and head chef Matt Christmas.
Riccardo has just joined The Crossing this January, and has quickly put his imprint on the highly seasonal, ingredient-led menus, fully collaborating with owner Christian Arden on speciality British suppliers.
SIX NATIONS @ THE CROSSING
The annual Six Nations Championship is beginning this Saturday, kicking off with Wales against Ireland at 2:15pm followed by England versus Scotland at 4:45pm.
We’ll be showing all the matches on the big screen in both our heated garden, as well as our upstairs space.
Be sure to book a table in advance to avoid missing out on supporting your team.
LIVE JAZZ @ THE CROSSING
Sunday live music is returning to The Crossing! We’ll be introducing a variety of upcoming artists over the next few months.
Due to a diary clash, Matty Barclay has moved her performance to Sunday the 12th.
THE CROSSING QUIZ
Our quiz is returning on Tuesday the 5th of February, hosted by our favourite quizmaster: Christian! There will be a first-place cash prize, so be sure to book a table for your team and try to win.
VALENTINE’S DAY
The season of love is upon us, so of course we’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day here at The Crossing.
We’ll be offering a three-course menu for £45, including a glass of bubbles, nibbles, a starter, a choice of Lobster Risotto, Dover Sole or Venison for a main, and a special, romantic desert. Of course, there will be plenty of Champagne available, as well as two cocktails that complement all couples perfectly.

SHROVE TUESDAY / PANCAKE DAY
Come and celebrate Shrove Tuesday on the 21st of February at The Crossing. Our kitchen will be serving pancakes for the kids or Crêpes Suzette for adults with a side of artisan vanilla ice cream.
