EASTER WEEKEND

It looks like the sun might be out for the Easter weekend, albeit a little chilly. Head chef Riccardo will be offering Easter special lamb main course using the very best ingredients from ‘Daphnes’, Denbighshire Wales all weekend. As well as the usual full menu we especially look forward to welcoming in Spring using foraged Wild Garlic to make a delicious risotto and pasta dishes. This is becoming a classic during this season at The Crossing, and will be eagerly anticipated. Christian will be out again this weekend sourcing more delicious Wild Garlic!

EASTER EGG HUNT

Saturday 8th April

We look forward to welcoming back the Easter bunny on Saturday the 8th of April, who will entertain the kids. For the first time, we’ll be hosting an adult Easter egg hunt as well as one for the children, with prizes including a bottle of Delamotte Champagne! Please book early to avoid disappointment.

PEATY BLINDERS WHISKY TASTING

OTHER EVENTS & JAZZ

We will be showing the Grand National on the big screen in our garden on Saturday the 15th of April – be sure to place your bets!

As well, Sunday Jazz will be taking a break over Easter, but will be returning on Sunday the 7th of May with a full set performance by Matty Barclay plus special guests!

NEW DISHES FROM CHEF RICCARDO

We have some wonderful new dishes on the menu from Chef Riccardo for you to taste. Due to popular demand, our St. Patrick’s Day beef and Guinness pie will be back, however using fabulous slow-cooked Daphne’s beef topped with mashed potato.

THE CROSSING QUIZ

Tuesday 4th April & 21st April

The quiz has been a delight the past few months, with prizes including a dinner for 2 at the Crossing. The next quiz hosted by yours truly will be on Tuesday the 4th of April and 21st of April. Please put your team together now for an occasion that is becoming a diary must.
